Our History

Hangzhou Xixi Building CO., LTD(brand name is “CBC”) is a customized building solutions provider from China, based in Hangzhou since 2017, but our main staff have at least more than 10 Years working experiences in this industry and always being focused in oversea market. We are one of the pioneers to provider flatpack container house and light gauge steel villa in China since Year 2007. Since then we created an unique flatpack roof system to use injected PU foam as core material, which solved the problem of balance between the tightness, the strength and the full prefabrication in factory. We are also the first one to use FrameCAD system to design and manufacture the light gauge steel villa in China, and now the new building solution is widely used and accepted by builders in AU, NZ, Chile, Philippine, PNG etc..

CBC’s design and research activity applies BIM system and Autodesk Revit software. Our Service

We are providing one-stop customized solution service for all projects:

Collect project information such the project location, dimensions, loading requirements; regulations…help our client to make all requirements clear;

Free customized architectural design based on above project requirements;

Budgetary with detail material list after design confirmed, make all clear of the scope of our work;

Make production drawings after project confirmed, let our clients know how we will fulfill their requirements;

20-30 days production period depends on the project size. Will share pictures and videos to update the progress.

Excellent packing: SOC packing for flatpack container house, steel pallet for light gauge steel and structure. Make sure all materials are well organized and easy to be sort out when arrived in project site;

Help to arrange the transportation to project site. We have very good agent that well know our product system and our packing method and they can coordinate with us to help handle our cargoes very well;

Provide detailed installation instructions, make sure all workers even the ones without any construction experience can understand and follow our instructions to finish the installation;

Can also send engineers to guide the installation for some special projects;

Maintenance support: thanks to the BIM system so we can have lifetime service for all buildings and projects;
